With our open vendor policy, you will not be restricted in your choice of caterer, bartender, dj or any other vendors as long as they are licensed and insured We also welcome you to use the services of our in house vendors as well.

Ceremony Site Only Pricing

If you are looking to have a more DIY- (do it yourself) wedding, we offer basic rentals so that you can come and create your dream day. Basic rental includes use of barn for ceremony and reception, set up time, clean up time, chairs and tables up to 100 guests (more can be added for additional cost) in house barn system. To book the barn requires a non-refundable $1000 deposit.
